It is with the humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Phyllis Njoki Kibera on Saturday 10th March 2018. She was the daughter of the late Chrysostom Wambugu & late Peris Njambi, step daughter of Late Gladys Wanja. Wife of the late John Kibira Muteithia and co-wife of Charity Gathoni. Mother of Bernard Muteithia (Ben Kibera) & Jane Wanjiru, Ephraim Wambugu, Daniel Minjire & Anne Wanjiku, Mercy Waruguru & John Gachahi, the late Jennifer Njambi. Step- Mother of Francis Wambugu, Catherine Waruguru, Jerioth Nyokabi, Martin Muteithia, James Minjire, Esther Wanjira and Peter Kiama.
Sister of the late Naomi Wairimu & late Daudi Ndia, late Jedida Gathoni & late Lukas Mathenge, late Charles Ngatia & late Mary Wangui, late Mary Wacuka & late James K. Gaithi, late David Gichimu & Agnes Wakarindi, late James Gathieri & Emily Gakii. Step sister of Agnes Ndiritu, Winfred Maribie, Richard Ngatia, late Stephen Wachira, Miriam Mwangi, Alex Gathieri & Antony Ndururi. Sister in-law of the late Jerioth Wanjira Ndirangu, Mary Muthoni Gathigira and Jane-Ruth Kimotho. Grandmother and Great Grandmother to many.
Relatives and Friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangement at Cardinal Otunga Annex Holy Family Basilica 5th Floor from 6.00-8.00pm and at her home in Theria.

The cortege leaves Nyahururu Hospital Mortuary on Saturday, 17th March 2018 at 8.00am and heads to Theria for viewing at 9.00am. Funeral service will take place at PCEA Theria church at 10.00am and burial thereafter at her home in Ngarua, Gituamba Division, Nyahururu Subcounty, Laikipia County.”
