We regret to announce the death of Geoffrey Gichuhi Gakaria on 22nd March 2018 from a sudden illness.
Son of the late Peter Gakaria Mondo and the late Alice Wamaitha Gakaria of Kamuguga village, Muguga Sub-location, Kiambu County. Husband of Elikipa Waceke Gichuhi of Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Nairobi. Father of Ryan Gakaria, Eric Wainaina, Lynn Wamaitha and Loreen Nyambura. Brother of Joseph Njogu, Lucy Wanjiku Kabecha, Patrick Njung’e, Margaret Mumbi Karanja, Mwaura Gakaria, Virginia Wanjiru, Francis Gaitho, Jane Njeri Githire, the late David Boro and Gerald Ndung’u. Brother-in-law of Agnes Njogu, Nancy Mwaura, Mary Gaitho, Rosemary Ndung’u, Misheck Mwangi, Hiram Muna, Mordecai Chege, Blanch Mwihaki and Jane Wanjiru.
The cortege leaves PCEA Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary (Thogoto) on Thursday, 29th March 2018 at 9:30am. Funeral service and burial will be held at his home near Kamuguga Primary School the same day at 11:00am.
