We celebrate the life of Sibia Kerubo Moegi aged 101 years. She was wife to late Abraham Moegi, mother to Joseph Ondeyo, late Milka Ondieki, Evans Bundi (Former Chairman NyamiraClr.), ZablonMosomi (Former Nyabomite Honorary Sec.), late Isaiah Mecha (Nyamira County Council). She was co-wife of Joyce Nyanchama, step mother of late Agwata, late Norah, Late Richard, Alice Moegi, late Micah. Daughter of the Late Nyamoko and the late Mama Kwamboka Ritembe. Sister of Nyandiri, Motabori, Nyagosata, Ogola, Kemuma. Sister-in-law of Bitengo, Chief Agwata, Sokoro, Ayonga, Makori, Obaga, Mecha Keango, Mecha Getonto, Mongina, Bogeta, Nyang’ate (all late). She was Korera to Ogeto, Mayieka, Moturi, Opara, Otaro, and Nyakundi (all late). She was Mother-in-law of Rusaria, Ondieki, Cecilia, Nyanduko, Margaret, Abigael, Margaret Agwata. She was grandmother to many including Hon. Ben Momanyi (MP), BitengoBasweti (USA), Richard Nyambane (USA), Dixon Ondieki (USA). She was a loving great grandmother and a doting great great grandmother to many.
Her body shall leave Bwo Omboga funeral home on 5th April and she will be buried at her Engoto Home on Friday 6th April. The main Harambee will be at the Professional Centre, Nairobi on 4th April at 6pm.
