Its with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Carol Wanjiku Githara, which occurred on Friday 6th April 2018.
Wife of Amos W. Waburi. Daughter of the late Douglas Githara and the late Rose Githara. Daughter-in-law of the late David Wambugu and Bertha Karungari. Sister of Ephantus Mwangi, Anthony Njunia, the late Patrick Kabiru and Joyce Wanjiru. Sister-in-law of James Waigwa and Grace Waigwa, John Wachira and Susan Wachira, Ronald Kamundi and Ann Kamundi the mother of Elizabeth Karungari Waburi and Rose Mwihaki Waburi. Niece of many, cousin of many and aunty of many, also was blessed of be called a grandmother of Sean Waburi.
Relatives and friends are meeting daily at her residence at Komarock sector one, daily for prayers and also in town at Ebony chambers 4th floor room 23 at 6.00pm for funeral preparation.
The cortege will leave Jamii Hospital on Tuesday 17th April 2018 and the burial will be at Kirinyaga County, Ndia Division, Kiine South Location, Kiangai Sub-location. The funeral church service will be held at PCEA Kiangai , there after we shall proceed for the burial at home.
