It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God's will that we announce the passing of Hon. Kenneth Stanley Njindo Matiba on Sunday, 15th of April 2018 at the age of 85 years.
He was the husband and best friend to Edith Wanjiru Matiba and loving father of Susan and Isaac Mwamto, Raymond and Yvonne Matiba, Ivy and David Chege, Julie and Chris Wahome and Gitau & Yasmin. He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by his grandchildren Bryan, Martyn, Tarn, Stephanie, Christian, Tai and Neo.
He was the son of the late Stanley Njindo and the late Susannah Wanjiku, brother to the late Frank and the late Agnes Mugo, the late Kimani Njindo, the late Kagika, Bernard and Lilian Wairimu Irungu, the late Julia Mwihaki and Col. Ernest Mwangi, the late Iruku, and Jethro and Alice Mwangi. Step-son of Margaret Mukami Njindo. Step-brother to Judy Mwihaki, Stanley and Juliet Matiba, Grace Wanjiru and Gibson Tatua, Steven and Nancy Maingi, Stanley Kimani, John Ngotho, the late Kuhutha Njindo, Lucy and Bosco Mburu and Steven Kiboko.
Prayer meetings shall be held at the family residence in Riara Ridge Limuru, on Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th and Friday 20th April from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
A prayer service will be held on Sunday 22nd April 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the same venue.
Funeral arrangements will be communicated.
