It is with humble acceptance of God’s well that we announce the passing on of Malisela Mbeke Kisesi which occurred on 3/11/2017 at Coptic Hospital Nairobi. She was the wife of the late Major Tobias Kisesi. She was daughter of the late pastor Joshua Mavuti and the late Elima Wanza. Mother of the Anastasia Maingi, Francisca Kithei, Agnes Mutave, Alfonse Muli, Maria Mulwa, Koki Kisesi, Joseph Mulwa (D C I HQR), Agatha Mbithe and the late Pius Muoki. Sister to the late Phoebi Kitonga, the late Rhoda Kimeu, the late Kivuva Mavuti, late Nzuki Mavuti, Pylice Kitala, Mary Kawinzi and professor Kennedy Muema Mavuti (Nairobi University). Sister in law to the late James Mutua, the late Simon Nzioki and Teresia Lazaro. Daughter in-law to the late Peter Mulwa and late Lucia Nthenya. Mother in-law to Milka Muli, Fransica Makau (K N H) and William Maingi. In-law to Gideon Maingi and Rose Mutindi. She was grandmother to Faith Mutisya, Mutua Maingi, Hellen Mutie,Susan Mbeke, Ben Munyao, Ndanu Christopher, Mulwa Muli, Maingi Muli, Aluvin Mbaluka, Eric Kisesi, Lucia Nthenya,William Ntiwa and many others.
Aunt to Dr Jackine Sengeni, Joseph Ikali, Elizabeth Mutisya, Joseph Mutunga and many others.
The Cortege leaves Lee funeral home on Saturday 18/11/2017 at 7:30 am and there after the burial service at her home garden at Kikambuani village Kangundo sub-County in Machakos County.
