It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Dr. Maria Goretti Mumbi which occurred on 30th November 2017, at Kenyatta National Hospital. Daughter of Lucia Waruguru Kiuru. Beloved mother of Elias Mwangi. Sister to Grace Njeri, Virginia Ngina, John Kaguta, James Njau, Angela Wachera and Regina Wangui.Aunt to Perpetua, Christopher, Antonia, Paul, Felista, Steve, Joy, Maxwell, Emmanuel, Yvonne and Peter. Cousin to John, Stephen, Teresia, Jacinta and many others.
Family and friends are meeting at Public Service Club, Upperhill on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5-7pm. A fundraiser towards funeral expenses will be held on Wednesday, 6th December 2017 at Public Service Club, Upperhill, opposite Kenyatta National Hospital starting from 5pm.

The body leaves Chiromo Funeral Parlour on Friday 8th December at 9am, for the funeral service at NPC Woodley at 12 noon and thereafter for the final burial rites at Langata Cemetery.
