Wife of the late Gerishon Gichu Gakera of Gathambari Mumbui-ini, Chinga Location, Othaya Sub-County, Nyeri County. Co-wife of Joyce Njeri Gichu. Mother of Duncan Gakera & the late Nduta & Peninah Wanjiru, Samwel Maigwa & Lucy Waithera, Ruth Wangari & the late Kiama Waithaka, Jecinta Wangui and Harrison Wachira,Wilson Mwangi & Alice Waruguru. Mr. & Mrs Charles Wathiai, Alice Wanjiru and Simon Marikio, Margaret Wachera & Samwel Matheri, the late Felishina Mwihaki & Gerald Mugweru, Paul Watoro (National Chairman AIPCA Church and Director Endmor Steel Millers Limited) & Priscilla Wanjiru, Lucy Wangari & the late Mbataru, the late Zapheria Waithera & the late Githaiga Kiambati, Stephen Gakera & Judy Njoki, Nancy Wanjiru & Kariuki Mwangi, the late Julius Gachoka & Agnes Nyambura and Josphat Kiiru and Susan Wanjiku. Mother, a grandmother, greatgrandmother and great great Grandmother of many.
Friends and Relatives are meeting at All saints Cathedral on Thursday 7/12/2017 starting from 5.00 pm.
The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home (K.U) on Friday 8/12/2017 at 7.00 am. Funeral service will be held at Mumbui-ini Primary School grounds at 9.00 am followed by burial at her Gathambari farm at 1.00 pm.
