It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Margaret Wanyama Waswa on the 14 March 2018 after a long battle with cancer of the colon.
Wife of the late Zakayo Waswa. Daughter of the late William Wanyama and the late Foska Namaemba. Mother of Fanis Waswa (Namamuka Pri. Sch.), Fred Waswa (Octagon Africa Financial Service), Dr. David Waswa (University of Eldoret), the late Antony Waswa, Benard Waswa (Bricks & Mortar), Dr. George Waswa (Machakos Universiy), Godfrey Waswa (ICEALION Group) and Celestine Waswa (Siritanyi Primary School). Mother-in-law of Godfrey Barasa, (Kabula Pri. Sch.), Dr. Catherine Simiyu (Moi University), Naomi Musumba (Chebisaas Sec. Sch.), Emily Waswa (Ng’oli Pri. Sch.) Irine Waswa, Mariana Mwachanya (KALRO, NRB), David Welubengo (KENGEN). Sister of the late Petronilla, the late Alubina, Angela, the late Bibiana, Wilbert Wafula and Pastor Mathew Wanyonyi. Daughter-in-law of the late Longinus Mukoya and late Agnes Mukoya and the late Cicilia Mukoya. Sister-in-law of Lay Cannon Longinus Mukoya, Ven. Chrispinus Masibo, Francis Mukoya, Celestine Mukoya, Festus Mukoya, Roselyne Mukoya, the late Florian Mukoya. Cousin, aunt and grandmother of many.
The cortege leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary Eldoret on Friday 23 March, 2018 for burial on 24 March at her rural home in Kimatuni Village, Lumboka Location, Bumula Sub County, Bungoma County.
