It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Tyrus Mwendwa Kiliku which occurred on Friday 30th /03/2018 through a tragic road accident . Until his death he was an employee of KPA (Kenya Ports Authority) and Headquarter-zone Gender Representative at Dock workers Union.
He is survived by his beloved wife Manami Adachi and a daughter Yuna Mwikali. Son of the Late Hon.Joseph Kennedy Kiliku(Former M.P Changamwe/Secretary General Dock workers Union) and Mrs. Elizabeth Mwikali Kiliku . Son-in-law to Mr.Futoshi Adachi and Mrs.Kanemi Adachi . Brother to Stella Mueni, Mary Kavata, Mwende Kiliku and Daniel Mwangaza; brother-in-law to Takafumi Adachi, Yuka Adachi and the late Nelson Musili; uncle to Denim, Elizabeth, Nelva, Haruki and Mitsuki.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily from 6pm at his parents’ residence in Tudor for prayers and burial arrangements.
There will be a fundraising on Wednesday, 11th April 2018- KPA Mbaraki Sports Club, MSA at 6pm & Moonlight Hotel, Kitui at 4pm. Alternatively, contributions can be made via paybill no. 300566- Together with Tyrus.
A funeral service will take place at Mbaraki Sports Club grounds, Mombasa on Thursday, 12th April 2018 at 12:30. The cortege will leave Jocham Funeral Home on Friday 13th April 2018 at 6.00 am for burial on Saturday 14th April 2018, Katulani, Mulango, Kitui County.
