It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to higher glory of Rev. Peter Kaniah Kariuki, Secretary General Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA) after a short illness. Son of the late Enoch Kariuki and Mrs. Damaris Nyandia Kariuki.
Loving husband to Nelius Wanjiru Kaniah, Father to Lydiah Njeri Wandia, Kenneth Kariuki and Joel Gikaria and a grandfather to Niamh Maryanne Wanjiru.
Brother to Richard Mundia, Samuel Mwangi, George Ndirangu, Wachera Mbogo, Wanja Ciira, Melody Mwangi and the late David Gatua. Brother-in-law, Son-in-law, cousin and uncle to many.
Friends and relatives are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home in Ruai and Kangaita – Nyeri every day at 3.00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday 30th July, 2020 10.00 a.m. at the PCEA Church of the Torch, Thogoto and interment thereafter at the church’s cemetery. Friends are encouraged to send Messages of condolence on or before Wednesday 29th July, 2020 to info@pcea.or.ke
Rev. Kaniah will be missed by many friends, families and colleagues.May the Name of the Lord be glorified.
