It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden and sad demise of Mrs. Mary Wanjiru Njoroge (Wa-Boni) which occurred on the morning of Saturday, 26th September 2020.
Beloved wife of Boniface Njoroge Kiarie. Daughter of the late Daniel Njuguna Kuria and Margaret Wangare of Uthiru, Kabete, Kiambu County. Loving mother of Amos & Muthoni Kiarie, Samuel & Wanjiru Njuguna, Gladys Njeri and Patrick Kamondo, Julius & Nyambura Kagiri, Margaret Wangare & Baphen Baraza, Catherine Waithera and Mercy Nyambura. She was an In-law of Mr. & Mrs. Paul Gathecha Muhoho, Ms. Ann Wacera, Mr. & Mrs. George Thuo Kamondo, Mrs. Grace Nduta and Mr. & Mrs. David Barasa. She was the doting grandmother of Gabriella Wanjiru, Joshua Njoroge, Abigail Waithera, AsherPaul Gathecha, Bonnie Njoroge, Nicole Nyambura, Ivan Thuo, Noelle Wanjiru, Paula Wanjiru and Austin Njoroge.
Dear and eldest sister of Jane Nyambura, the Late David Kuria, Paul Munene, Peter Mungai, the Late Zipporah Wangui and Charles Maina. Cherished sister-in-law of the Late Julius Kagiri & Mary Wangare, Stephen Ngugi & Esther Wakanyi, Samuel Njugi & Hannah Wairimu, the Late Eliud Ngaithe, Lucy Kinyanjui (USA) and the Late Peter Kimacia. Dear aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Family and Friends are meeting at her family home at Kahuho (near the Kahuho Uhuru High School), Kabete, at 5.00pm daily. There shall be a requiem mass to be held at her home today Wednesday 30th September 2020 at 3:00 P.M.
The Cortege leaves the P.C.E.A Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary on Friday 2nd October 2020 at 8:00 A.M and the funeral service shall be held at the Kahuho Uhuru High School grounds starting at 11:00 A.M and thereafter the interment to follow at the family home nearby.
