It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Engr. Zuriel Mbai Nyambok (aka Surriel), which occurred on Tuesday, 13th October 2020 at his Kanyada home in Bonde, Homa Bay County.
Zuriel is predeceased by Hellen Florence Nyambok, his beloved wife of 44 years and is survived by his wife Valery Ochieng Mbai of Homa Bay County. Zuriel is also survived by his children Judith Nyambok, Dorothéa McNeill (USA), David Nyambok (USA), and James Nyambok; daughters-in-law Beatrice W. Mbai (USA), and Anitah W. Nyambok; grandchildren Jerome Mbai, Joshua Nyambok-McNeill (USA), Javan and Jordan Mbai (USA), and Hope Bethia Nyambok.
The final arrangements for tributes to Zuriel Nyambok are as follows:
- Requiem: All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi, at 3 pm on November 3, 2020.
- Funeral: ACK Cathedral, Homa Bay at 12 pm on November 5, 2020.
- Burial: Family Home in Bonde, Homa Bay at 2 pm on November 6, 2020.
