It is with humble acceptance that we announce the passing on of Ruth Nduta Gicheru of Rurigi-Burnt Forest.
Daughter of the late Maina Mbogo and the late Wambui Maina. 

Wife of the late Samuel Gicheru Gathungu. Co-wife to the late Margaret Wairimu Gicheru. 

Mother to Hannah Wambui & Joseph Njoroge (South Kinangop), the late James Mburu & Esther Nyambura, John Maina (Mwalimu) & Lydia Muirigo, Hannah Wanjiru & Geoffrey Kamau (Rutara), Virginia Wanjeri & the late Kimani (Ndakaini), Eunice Sanare & the late Nyaga Sanare (Kilgoris), Nancy Gicheru (SOS), George Chege (Eldowas) & Phyllis Wambui, James Gathungu (Suswa), the late Grace Wanjiru (Kangemi), Joseph Mwangi & the late Margaret Wanjiku & Grace Mwangi (Mirangine), Patricia Wangare & Macharia (Subukia), Charles Chege (Kangemi), Jane Wangui and Miano (Kangemi).


Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother to many.

The cortege will leave Racecourse Hospital Mortuary for a requiem mass at Sacred heart of Jesus Cathedral, Eldoret on Friday 30/7/2021 thereafter burial will take place at Kiplombe Cemetery.
