It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of our beloved Jane Macbeth Achieng of Regency Casino, Nairobi. Macbeth passed away at MP Shah Hospital on 14th August, 2021.
Beloved daughter of the late Everest Achieng and the late Consolata Nyambok. Mother of Shaila Awuor. Sister of Salome Akello, the late Maresa Auma, John Okoth (Ajeko), Robert Achieng, Roseline Aoko and Felix Odhiambo.
Sister-in-law of Carole Wairugu, Esther Awino, Joshua Onimo, Nicholas Okudo, and Thomas Jachong. Cousin of George Ngoge, Samson Ongondo, Beatrice Akiro and many more. Macbeth was beloved by aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, colleagues and friends.
There will be viewing of the body at MP Shah Hospital from 0700H to 0900H on Sunday 22nd August, 2021.
Immediately after the viewing, the cortège will depart for their rural home in Kokoth Kataa Location, West Karachuonyo Division, Homa Bay County.
Funeral service and burial will take place at the rural home the following day, Monday 23rd August, 2021.
NB: There shall be strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols during the funeral programme.
