It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God's will that we announce the promotion to glory of Josiah Ole Sekento on 11th August 2021. He was born in 1940 at Enchorroi Eremit, Oltinka, Kajiado West, Kajiado County.
Son of the late Mpayia Lencholiek Sekento and the late Sakaan Mpayia (Norgisoi). Brother of Kosen, Tatayia and Kayianka. Step-brother of the late Rureto. Husband of Peris Sekento.
Father of Melton Melita, Linet Resian, Lawrence Ranka and the late Janet Musuyian. Grandfather of Tenkes, Kimoisa, Yiapas, Lipeine, Kishanto, Nemayian and Siantei.
The cortège leaves Shalom community Mortuary on 17th August, 2021, at 9.00am, for a burial ceremony at his home in Mutaitin on the same day.
