It is with solemn hearts and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Vincenciah Nyanchera Oburi of Kenya Revenue Authority, Voi Station which occurred on Friday 25th June 2021 at Nairobi Hospital after a short illness. Daughter of Samuel Oburi and Coronelia Nyangate both living in Kitale. Beloved mother of Daphine Nnaji, Samuel Juma and Gideon Regan. Sister of Zachariah (Anvil Shield, Nairobi), Bernard (Farmer, Kitale), Rose of (Mary Mother of God, Kabarnet), Maurice (KRA, Nairobi) and Judith (Business lady, Nairobi). Sister-in-law of Petronillah, Ken, Ednah, Dominic, among others. Paternal granddaughter of Barnabas Machanda (deceased) and Maria Nyaboke Machanda and was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Ernest and Marigarita Nyamongo. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunties, among others. Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and support at her Kaloleni home, Voi and Greenfields and Precious Gardens Estates, Nairobi. A Requiem service will be held on Wednesday 30th June, 2021 at Winners Chapel, Adams Arcade, Nairobi between 9.00am - 11.00am, during which period payment of last respects will proceed. A main Fundraising to help defray funeral costs will be held on Wednesday, June 30th, 2021, starting 5.00pm, at Precious Gardens Estate, Nairobi. The Cortège leaves Nairobi on Thursday 1st July, 2021 at 5.00am, for interment at Kibaghenge Baraka Village, Kitale Burial is set for Friday 2nd July, 2021 starting from 7.00am.
