It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mrs. Rosemary Wanjiru Kagwima which occurred on 15th July 2021.
Daughter of the late Wainaina Ndung’u and late Julia Wambui. Dear wife of Elder (Rtd) James Kagwima Waichere (Mbio Agencies). Beloved mother to Joseph Warui (Babu), Esther Wangui Gichanga (USA), the late Mercy Wambui Mbugua, Andrew Wainaina, Sara Njeri Gitahi and Judith Wanjiku Ngugi (AUS). Mother in law to Kenneth Gichanga Murathe (USA), Elder Johana Mbugua Karanja (Debbys/Engare Spring Water), Lucy Wangui Wainaina, Edward Gitahi Mathenge and Daniel Ngugi Kinuthia (AUS). Adorable grandmother to Elder Priscilla (MSA), Wanjiru GM (AUS), Deborah (AUS), Murathe (USA), Karanja, Kagwima G(USA), Kagwima W, Kagwima M (AUS), Nyakwea, Mathenge, Rosemary, Wanjiru G, MJ Kagwima, Zawadi (AUS), Baraka (AUS) and Jason. Awesome great grandmother to Giovan, Ethan & Zoey (MSA), Victor, Grace & Zuri (AUS) , Eli (AUS), Imara (USA), Jayden and Tawi.
Daughter in law of the late John Waichere and late Esther Wangui. Sister of the late Josephine Wanjiku, the late Ndungu Wainaina and Arthur Wagithuku. Beloved auntie and friend to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at their home in Rosslyn for prayers at 4:00 PM. The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday 23rd July 2021 at 8:00am for burial and funeral service on the same day. The Church service will be held at PCEA/AIC Bibirioni. Thereafter she will be laid to rest at their Ngarariga farm.
