It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Loise Wangeci Githongo which occurred on 23rd July 2021 after a short illness.
She was daughter to the late Phanuel Mathenge Maranga and the late Peris Wandia. Loving wife to the late Moses Githongo Wachira. Mother to Charles Wachira, Anne Wangui, Jane Wandia and Paul Mathenge.
Sister to late Daniel Munyiri, late Jedida Wambui, late Josephine Wanjiru, late Gladys Mumbi, late James Muriuki, late Jedida Gathoni, Charles Maranga, Ndung’u, Ndirangu, Wanjere, Wambui, Wanjiru, Wangeci and Wamahiga.
She was Co-parent-in-law to Regina Kiruthu and Charles Kiruthu, Agnes Muthoni and Kinyanjui Gathecha. A grandmother to Alex Wachira, Dennis Kiruthu, Eric Mathenge, Agnes Muthoni, Irene Wangeci, Catherine Wangeci and Natalie Wachira. Great grandmother to Jason Kinyanjui.
The cortège will leave Montezuma Funeral Home (Mbagathi) on Friday 6th August 2021 at 8:00am for a funeral service at Lang’ata Cemetery at 10:00am, thereafter proceed for the internment at Lang’ata Cemetery.
