“It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Noelina Nabwire Opiyo which occurred on Friday 09th July 2021.
She was daughter to the late Mr. Peter Opiyo Maketso and the late Mrs. Regina Namuganza Opiyo of Elwanikha village, Buyofu sub-location, Nambale Constituency, Busia County.
Sister to Dennis Opiyo, Betty Opiyo, Cate Opiyo, Robert Opiyo, Christopher Opiyo, Valentine Opiyo and Emmanuel Opiyo.
Sister-in-law to Evans, Patrick, Catherine, Lucy, Eve and Justina.
Loving Auntie to Elvis, Bartram, Trevor, MacMillan, Geoffrey, Migel, Jones, Regina, Arnold, Bonita, Peter, Siniora, Scarlet, Betty, Nayser, Shawn and Jayden. Cheerful, witty, generous and loving, time will never erase memories of you from our hearts and minds. We are thankful to God for your rich life that was a Blessing to us.
Family, relatives and friends are meeting in Nairobi for funeral arrangements and fund raising at the Holy Family Basilica, Nairobi, St. Faustina Hall - Cardinal Otunga annexe - 7th floor on Wednesday, 14 July 2021 between 4.30 - 8.00 PM.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home on Friday early morning. Funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday 17th July 2021 at her ancestral home in Elwanikha, Nambale, Busia County.
