It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Dr. Leo Suyianka Yiapan which occurred on 7th July 2021 after a short illness.
Son to the late Reuben Gilisho Yiapan and Eunice Gilisho Yiapan. Beloved husband of Winnie Mulejo Yiapan (nee Meitamei). Brother to the late James, late Raphael, late Michael, late John, Dominic (USA) and Sision.
Father to Francis Yiapan, Eric Yiapan, Juliet Langat, Caroline Parseina, Sylvia Yiapan and Norah Mosiany. Father in-law to Abigael Yiapan, Lawrence Langat, Hamilton Parseina and Wilson Mosiany. In laws to Kimitis, Chelugets, Mosianys, Saires and Meitameis. Cousin to Dominic Yiapan, Vincent Yiapan, Fred Saitoti, Ndungu Yiapan and many others. Grandfather to Nicholas, Tayiana, Pereruan, Mayian, Chebet, Leon, Enoch, Liloy, Leshan, Leken, Leina and Tatenda. Uncle to Juliana, Helen, Ruth, Moses, Mercy, Bernadette, Brio, Patrick and many others.
The cortege will leave Mater Hospital on Tuesday 13th July at 6:00am followed by burial in Oloikirikirai Mau Narok County, from 11:00am.
