It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Mwalimu Penuel Karigi Ngunju on 26/7/2021.
Son of the late Ngunju Muiru and the late Wathoni Ngunju. Brother to the late Eutychus Mungai, the late Suleiman Mbira Ngunju and the late Reuben Kimama.
Husband to the late Gladwell Wanjiku, father of Peter Ngunju, Samuel Mwaura (USA), Eutychus Mungai, Willy Muiruri, Margaret Muthoni, Joel Mbira, Ezbon Nyoike, the late John Kamau, Charity Mwangi, Martha Wambui, Richard Ng’ang’a. Grandfather and a great grandfather to many.
Family and friends are meeting every day at his home in Githunguri village from 3 pm, Kahawa Sukari from 7pm and Murang’a from 7pm.
The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home, Kabati on 4th August 2021 at 8.00am followed by a church service at ACK St Peter’s Church Githunguri, Kangundu-ini location, Kandara Sub County, Murang’a County at 10:00a.m. and thereafter he shall be laid to rest at his home in Githunguri village.
