It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the death of Mr. Elias Musaili Musyoka, former Managing Director of the Kenya Tourist Development Corporation, which occurred on the 10th of July 2021, at Nairobi West Hospital after long illness bravely borne.
Son of the late senior chief Henry Musyoka Mboti and the late Mary Nzasu Musyoka. Son in-law to the late James Kiema Mukula and the late Damaris Kambua Kiema.
Beloved husband to Anne Ndanu Musyoka (retired Kenya Railways). Father to Eric Musyoka (Pareno and Pareno Advocates), Dr Mary Musyoka Omondi (JKUAT), the late Damaris Kambua Musyoka, Joseph Kiema Musyoka (businessman) and Raymond Kimanzi Musyoka (Safaricom). He was father in-law to Margaret Ileli, Oscar Omondi and Louisa Mghoi.
Grandfather to Fidel, Shawn, Alex, Musaili and Gianna. He was great grandfather to Arthur. Brother in- law to Robinson Katiwa and the Mukula’s. In-law to the Ileli’s, Omondi’s and the Lewa’s.
Brother to the late Joseph, the late Agnes, and the late Sarah. He was step-son to Nzisiva Musyoka and Mbuthye Musyoka. He was step brother to Leah, Muthengi, Kamene, the late Silas, Martha, Kioko, the late Paul and John.
The funeral service and burial will be on the 24th of July 2021, at Mbuvu Village, Mbuvu Location, Mwingi-Kitui County. There will be a memorial service at A.I.C Langata, Ngei Estate, along Kitengela Road, on the 23rd of July 2021 from 1.00 p.m. Daily prayers are ongoing at Civil Servants, Langata.
