It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Teachers Service Commission announces the passing on of Festus Muli Muthangya, attached to TSC Headquarters, which occurred on 06/07/2021.
Beloved son of Muthangya Muvaka (late) and Ndungi Muthangya (late). Loving husband of Francisca Muli. Loving father of Fedinard Musee, Bendetta Kanyaa, Finlay Peter and Cyrus Musyoka. Grandfather of Mitchelle Museo and Caren Nyamu. Father-in-law of Francis Nyamu and Purity Musee.
Brother of Mwavu (late), Kalimi, Mwami, Muia, Mwende and Mwangangi. Son-in-law of Kabee Kivoto (late) and Redempta Kakulu (late). Brother-in-law of Musyoka Kabee, Kilonzi Kabee, Mukii Kabee and Mwikali Munguti, among others. An uncle and a cousin to many.
The cortège leaves Kitui County Referral Hospital Mortuary tomorrow 13/07/2021, at 8.00am. The funeral and burial service will be held thereafter at his home at Kangungi village, Kitui West Sub-county.
