It is with humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the passing on of our beloved Lewis Mathenge on 5th September, 2021 after an illness bravely borne. He was a 3rd year Architectural student at J.K.U.A.T.
Beloved and adored son of Beatrice Mathenge, Deputy Chairperson Rent Restriction Tribunal. Beloved grandson to the late Mathenge Minja Riguga and the late Shiphira Wanjiku Mathenge. Nephew to Miriam Wamahiga, James Ndumia, the late Anne Muthoni, Joseph Nderi, Grace Wangechi, David Gitahi, Douglas Gathuma, Moses Kariuki, Susan Nyawira and the late Timothy Kagiri. He was a cousin and a friend to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at their home in Ongata Rongai, Public Service Club and Ndaragwa home for prayers and funeral arrangements.
The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home, Mbagathi Road on Tuesday, 14/9/2021 at 6.00 am. Funeral service will be held on the same day at 11.00 am at their home in Ndaragwa Scheme plot no. 62 Nyandarua County.
