It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved James Githegi Kiinie which occurred on 5/02/2022, at Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital.
Beloved husband to Isabel Wambui Githegi. The first born to Charles Njau Githegi and Zipporah Wanjiku Njau and Stepson to Nancy Muthoni Njau. Loving Father to the late Florence Nagi, Gladys Githinji, Wagio Studeli (Switzerland), the late Charles and Sarah Githegi, Arthur Githegi (Canada), Elizabeth Githegi (UK) and Grace Githegi. Brother to the late Charity Wagio, Eunice Kamunge, Esther Muniu, David Kiinie and Step Brother to James Githegi, Joseph Gitau, Margaret Wagio, Ndungu, Njanja and the late Wanjiru and Njoroge. Father-in-law to Francis Nagi, the late Stanley Githinji, Urs Studeli, Nicole Githegi and Paul. Grandfather and Great-grandfather to many.
Friends and family are meeting Daily at his home in Kabocha Village, Nyathuna Location Kiambu County for prayers and funeral arrangements. The cortège leaves PCEA - Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday 15/02/2022, at 9:00am thereafter the funeral service will be at ACK St. Pauls Nyathuna starting at 11:00am. He will be laid to rest at his home in Kabocha Village (Ha wa Henry).
