Mama Leonora Osinya Wafula was called to be with the lord on March 08, 2018 at Nairobi West hospital after a long battle with cancer.
Daughter of the late Mr. Nasiswa Nambiro and Mrs. Willimina Aloo Nasiswa. Wife of John Wafula Mukholi of Matayo’s, Busia County. Mother of the late Walter Odembo Mulyanga, Joachim E. Wafula (Technical University of Kenya) and Justine Dorothy Nanjala Wafula (Sianda primary and KNUT Women Rep Nambale sub county). Step mother of the late Jane, Marsiana, Moses, the late Awino, Shadrack and Timothy. Mother in law of Margaret Siro Odembo (Kisoko Girls primary school), Dr. Dorine Lugendo (Maseno University) and Sylvanus Lukandu (Mungakha Primary School and Delegate IG SACCO). Sister of Angelica Akuku, Lucy Achieno, Phelistus Auma and Caroline Nabwire. Grandma of Bernett, Geremy, Nicanor, Jonathan, Kimberly, Joan, Nora, and Favor. Aunty of Titus Juma, Charles Nambiro, Patrick Nakholi, Frederick Osudi, Michael Ouma, Everline, Johannes Ndubi, Linus MCA Matayo’s, Rosemary, Charles, Raphael, Alphonse, Annalise among others.

There will be a church service at st Paul’s Catholic chapel at 9:00 am on 22nd March thereafter the cotteage will leave for the final rest at Matayo’s Busia county on the same date. Mama Leonora Osinya will be laid to rest on Saturday 24th March at her home Maisebi, Matayo’s, Busia County.
